Battery life

Battery life is the number of cycles you can charge and discharge your battery. After that, the battery will not be able to hold a charge anymore. A cycle is one full charge to the discharge process. So, if your battery has 400 cycles, it can be charged 400 times before it loses capacity.

Whereas AGMs can withstand complete discharge primarily because they do not contain any liquid acid inside them at all times like other types, they are left unused for extended periods (more than six months).
